Will I receive exactly what I see in the photos?

For one-of-a-kind pieces, yes — what you see is the exact item you'll receive. For any made-to-order work, photos are representative and your piece will vary slightly due to the natural uniqueness of crystals and materials.

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is available on select items — please contact us before ordering to confirm availability to your location.

How are pieces packaged?

Every order is carefully wrapped and packed with significant cushioning to protect delicate crystals and mirrors in transit. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Custom orders have their own timelines — see below.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do not.

Can I commission a custom piece?

How long do custom orders take?

Custom work typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and material sourcing. You'll receive a timeline estimate when we confirm your order.

Do custom orders require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any custom piece. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?

We work with genuine natural crystals and gemstones, mirror glass, and high-quality bases and adhesives. Materials vary by piece and are described in each product listing.

How should I care for my piece?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect both crystal color and mirror surfaces over time. Keep away from moisture and handle with care, particularly around crystal points and mirror edges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your piece. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

Do you accept returns on undamaged items?

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns on undamaged items. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.

What if my order arrives broken?

Please photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
